Founded in 1955.
Founded in 1955, SON-AERO has evolved from a specialized rubber manufacturer into a trusted partner for high-performance aerospace and defense components.
Operating from our 88,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Anaheim, California, we combine decades of industry experience with modern capabilities, responsive support, and a continued commitment to growth. Since coming under new ownership in 2018, SON-AERO has invested in expanding its operations, strengthening its team, and preparing for the future of aerospace manufacturing.
Today, our approximately 120 employees operate across a four-day, 10-hour work schedule, with additional night shifts supporting our rubber and compression molding departments. As customer and program demands grow, we have the flexibility to expand production into weekends when needed.
SON-AERO is moving forward with a refreshed brand and a clear purpose: delivering dependable manufacturing solutions while remaining grounded in the values that have shaped our company for decades — Respect. Integrity. Excellence.
